Trading Window

D P Wires Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is taken to comply with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the financial results will be intimated separately.
