Dear Sir/Madam, This is in furtherance to disclosure made by our company vide letter no-CMPDI/CS/BSE/NSE/ 2026-27/14 Dated: 20-05-2026, this is to inform that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) entered into on 30.06.2026 for three (3) years between Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL) with NTPC Mining Limited (NML), which will Strengthen Institutional Collaboration and Facilitate the award of additional coal mining and allied assignments to CMPDIL on a nomination basis. MoU does not involve any direct financial commitment. However, services rendered by CMPDIL under this arrangement shall be chargeable as per prevailing norms, with fees to be mutually agreed upon on a project-to-project basis depending on the scope of work.
