Retirement of Mr. Sivasamban Natarajan as Executive Vice President and Head of Operations of the Company effective June 30, 2026. 2. Resignation of Ms. Genius Wong as Executive Vice President – Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services and Chief Technology Officer of the Company effective July 31, 2026. A copy of her resignation sent via email is enclosed herewith. 3. Appointment of Mr. Rupesh Chokshi as the Executive Vice President & Global Business Head – Network Services, effective August 1, 2026. Mr. Rupesh Chokshi will join the Company effective July 6, 2026 as Executive Vice President & Global Business Head – Network Services (Designate) to facilitate smooth transition. 4. Appointment of Mr. Vivek Srivastava as Executive Vice President and Business Head (Cloud and Cybersecurity Services) effective August 17, 2026. The aforesaid appointments have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company today, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board placed on record its appreciation for the exemplary contributions made by Ms. Genius Wong and Mr. Sivasamban Natarajan during their tenure with the Company.
