Mr. Chakrapani Atmakur, Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility shall be superannuated with effect from July 01, 2026, pursuant to his reaching the age of superannuation. Consequently, he also ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date. 2. Mr. Sanket Dhotre, currently designated as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources has been nominated and appointed as Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility (Senior Management Personnel) with effect from July 01, 2026. 3. Mr. Mukesh Panhotra, currently designated as Assistant Vice President, Marketing has been nominated and appointed as Vice President, Marketing (Senior Management Personnel) with effect from July 01, 2026. Brief Profile (in case of Mr. Sanket Dhotre is a multi-faceted Human Resources appointment) professional with more than 25 years of experience across diverse sectors including Natural Gas, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Automotive and Manufacturing. He has handled domestic as well as international assignments, with professional exposure across India, Europe and Southeast Asia. He holds a Master of Labour Studies, with specialisation in Human Resources and Employee Relations, from the University of Mumbai. As the Functional Head for Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility, Mr. Dhotre will oversee Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, Security and CSR functions. He will also be a member of the senior management team and will play an important role in contributing to the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives. Prior to joining MGL, Mr. Dhotre held senior HR leadership roles with reputed organisations including Saint-Gobain Group, Godrej Interio, Alliance Tire Group and Dabur India Limited.
