Regulations, 2015 including amendments if any, and as per Company's Code on Prohibition of Insider
Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for
all Designated persons and their Immediate relatives from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the
announcement of the unaudited standalone Financial results of the company for the First quarter
ended on June 30, 2026.
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to approve the unaudited
financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 will be intimated separately
in due course of time.
