Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), read with sub-clause 20 under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has received communications dated 5 October 2026 (“Letters”) from the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India ("DoT"), regarding termination of spectrum assigned to Reliance Communications Limited ("RCOM") and Reliance Telecom Limited ("RTL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of RCOM (collectively called as the “RCOM Group of Companies”) pursuant to auctions conducted in the years 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Vide the Letters, the DoT after considering the response submitted by the RCOM Group of Companies dated 07.08.2026 to notices issued earlier by the DoT dated 08.07.2026, and in exercise of the powers vested with the Central Government under the applicable Notices Inviting Applications (“NIAs”) and the terms and conditions governing the assignment of the spectrum to the RCOM Group of Companies respectively, has terminated with immediate effect, the spectrum assigned to the RCOM Group of Companies pursuant to the auctions held in the years 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, as further detailed in the Letters. The Department has further directed the RCOM Group of Companies to take all necessary steps to cease and desist from the use and operation of all wireless networks/services based on the spectrum covered in terms of the Letters and to comply with all consequential directions that may be issued by the DoT in relation to the same. The Company is evaluating the implications of the said communication / Letters and will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable laws. The details required to be disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
