Change in Director(s)

Elecon Engineering Company Limited's Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pranav C. Amin as an Additional Director, designated as a Non-Executive & Independent Director, for a second term of five consecutive years, effective June 22, 2026. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Amin, who is also the Managing Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, satisfies the independence criteria and is not related to other directors. The board also re-constituted its committees, with Mr. Amin joining the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee as a member, and chairing the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
