The Notice of the 3rd AGM ('AGM Notice') and the Report and Accounts 2026, in conformity with the regulatory requirements, will be sent through electronic mode to those Members who have registered their e-mail address with the Company / KFin Technologies Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company ('RTA') or with the Depositories. These documents will also be available on the Company's website at www.Hchotela.com, and on the websites of National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.n-lndla.com and BSE Limited at www.beelndla.com, where the Company"s shares are listed.
