Details of the Petitioner Company/Transferee Company: (a) M/s BIRLANU LIMITED (formerly known as HIL Limited) (“Petitioner Company” or “Transferee Company”) was originally incorporated under the name of “Hyderabad Asbestos Cement Products Limited” on 17.06.1946 under the Hyderabad Company Act, 1320, which was repealed and replaced by the Companies Act, 1956. The name ‘Hyderabad Asbestos Cement Products Limited’ was subsequently changed to ‘Hyderabad Industries Limited’ and National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Court-I CP(CAA) No.22/230/HDB/2026 Connected with CA(CAA) No.15/230/HDB/2026 Date of Order:06.10.2026 fresh certificate of incorporation dated 11.11.1985 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.
