Shelter Infra Projects Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This is a mandatory compliance step under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, in anticipation of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading restriction will remain in place until 48 hours after the financial results are made public. Furthermore, the PANs of designated persons will be frozen by depositories from July 7, 2026, as per a recent SEBI circular.
