Declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2027. Record Date: It is further informed that the record date for payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be Wednesday, 4th November 2026. Trading Window: Further to our letter no. APL/SEC/54/2026-27/47 dated 11th September 2026, this is to inform you that as per the “Asian Paints Limited – Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons” (‘Code of Conduct’), the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company which has been closed since Friday, 18th September 2026, for declaration of audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026 shall remain closed up to Monday, 2nd November 2026 (both days inclusive). The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct. Investor Conference/Presentation to Analysts: The Company will hold a conference with investors on Thursday, 29th October 2026 at 5 p.m. IST.
