October 6, 2026 The Manager - Listing BSE Limited (BSE: 507685) The Manager - Listing National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE: WIPRO) Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Grant of Restricted Stock Units This is to inform you that the Company has granted 83,66,523 (Eighty-Three Lakh Sixty-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Three) ADS Restricted Stock Units and 1,65,369 (One Lakh Sixty-Five Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty-Nine) Restricted Stock Units under Company’s Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, to identified employees of its subsidiary company. This grant is effective from October 6, 2026. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
