We wish to inform you that Mr. Anand Krishnan has in the interest of ensuring a smooth transition and orderly handover of responsibilities, agreed to extend his effective last date in his role beyond June 30, 2026. A copy of which is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure – A’. Accordingly, the cessation of Mr. Anand Krishnan as the Chief Financial Officer shall take effect on a revised date, which will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course upon completion of the handover process. Disclosure required pursuant to Schedule IIT under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation read with SEBI Circular no.
