Nature and details of the action(s) The Company has received an order from taken, initiated or order(s) passed. the State GST Department in connection with the detention of a vehicle transporting goods. The proceedings were initiated on the ground that the e-Way Bill generated for the consignment by the supplier was subsequently rejected/cancelled by the recipient due to an inadvertent error, resulting in the movement of goods without a valid e-Way Bill at the time of inspection. Pursuant to the said proceedings, the Department has imposed a penalty on the Company. 3. Details of the violation(s) / The Department has found that the goods contravention(s) committed or were transported without a valid e-Way Bill alleged to be committed. at the time of interception, as the e-Way Bill generated for the consignment had been cancelled/rejected. Accordingly, the Department treated the accompanying documents as non-compliant with the applicable GST provisions governing movement of goods. 5.
