Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 11,63,74,156/- divided into 5,81,87,078 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 11,64,96,856/- divided into 5,82,48,428 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. The aforesaid equity shares shall rank pari passu in all aspects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
