The Bank has allotted 885 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 8,850 (Rupees Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Only) to Mr. Santosh Kumar Dhawan, Chief Advisor (Credit and Recovery), being Material Risk Taker for FY 2024 – 25 under CSFB ESOP Plan for Material Risk Takers (“MRT Plan”). 2. To consider allotment of shares under CSFB Limited — Employees Stock Option Plan 2023. The Bank has allotted 25,000 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 161 per share (at Rs. 171 per share) aggregating to Rs. 42,75,000 (Rupees Forty Two Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand Only), to Employees under CSFB Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2023.
