The Income Tax Department conducted a Search under section 247 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 at the registered office of the Company as well as at the premises of certain promoters and key management personnel, from 28th September 2026 to midnight of 3rd October 2026. We hereby inform you that the officers have left the premises of the Company as well as the promoters and key management personnel. The Company extended full co-operation to the officials and provided the information and documents sought by the Income Tax Department. The Company has not received any communication regarding the outcome of the proceedings, and at this stage it is not possible to assess the impact, if any, on the financial or operational activities of the Company. The Company will keep the Stock Exchange(s) informed of any material developments in this regard in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
