Sub: Corrigendum to Disclosure dated June 19, 2026 - Intimation under
Regulations 30 & 57 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements}
Regulations, 2015.
In reference to our earlier disclosure dated June 19, 2026 on the captioned subject, we wish
to clarify that under Point C, Sr. No. 12, the outstanding amount should be read as Nil instead
of INR 300 Crore, as the Company has fully redeemed the NCD bearing scrip code 976181.
All other contents of the disclosure remain unchanged.
We confirm that this was an inadvertent reporting error (based on the details received from
the concerned department of the Company) and has no impact on the financial position,
operations, or any other material aspect of the Company.
