Under this contract, Mphasis will manage and maintain Social Security Scotland’s benefits management platform, which delivers core functions and benefits efficiently and securely for around 2 million citizens across Scotland, strengthening how they access the support they need. Through this scope of work, Mphasis will help Social Security Scotland provide support and maintenance for the executive agency’s core benefits case management platform by maintaining access to citizen benefits that are important to individuals, families and communities across Scotland.
