Dear Sirs/ Madam, Company Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular, Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited (the “ ”) hereby informs its stakeholders as follows: 1. Warana Sugar Refex CBG A dispute has arisen between Warana Sugar Limited (“ ”) and Refex CBG Kolhapur Limited Kolhapur (formerly Spectrum Renewable Energy Private Limited and Refex CBG Kolhapur Private Limited) (“ CBG Plant ”), a step-down subsidiary of the Company, in relation to the Compressed Bio Gas plant situated at Gat No. 1165, Village Kodoli, Taluka Panhala, District Kolhapur, Maharashtra (the “ ”). inter-alia The CBG Plant is located on the land owned by Refex CBG Kolhapur located in the vicinity of the sugar factory of Warana Sugar and is being operated pursuant to a long-term arrangement entered into between Warana Sugar and Refex CBG Kolhapur in the year 2010. Access to the CBG Plant has been restricted for the personnel of Refex CBG Kolhapur, and the supply of electricity and water to the CBG Plant has also been affected, as a result of which operations at the CBG Plant has been severely impacted. Warana Sugar has stated that the aforesaid measures have been undertaken in connection with certain alleged outstanding dues payable by Refex CBG Kolhapur. Refex CBG Kolhapur disputes the said dues and is taking appropriate actions to protect its rights and interests. Refex CBG Kolhapur has initiated legal proceedings and is evaluating all remedies available in law to secure the resumption of operations at the CBG Plant. Warana Sugar has also initiated certain legal proceedings against Refex CBG Kolhapur in relation to the CBG Plant. Refex CBG Kolhapur disputes the said proceedings and shall contest the same in accordance with law.
