The Company had invested Rs. 225.72 crore (in the form of Equity and Subordinated Debt) in the SPV. Pursuant to the transaction, the Company has received a consideration of Rs. 549.14 Crore from the Purchaser. As a result of the said transfer of stake, KRIPL is ceased to be subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 05th October 2026. The details of the transaction are provided in Annexure I hereto.
