Hilton Metal Forging Ltd has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on July 15, 2026. The primary agenda is to seek shareholder approval for a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). The company plans to create, offer, issue, and allot equity shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 100 crore through this QIP, to be raised in one or more tranches from eligible institutional investors.
