In terms of SEBI circular/s for Trading Window Closure period under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for restricting trading by Designated Persons by freezing PAN at security level, the PAN of Designated Persons of the Company will be freeze by Designated Depository of Company (i.e. Central Depository Services Limited) for trading in Equity Shares of the Company during the said trading window closure period. All the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the period of closure of Trading Window.
