Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company will temporarily shut down the Paper Machine-3 (PM-3) located at Plant of the Company at Saila Khurd, Punjab for approximately one month, for upgradation & modernization programme undertaken by the Company. Please also note that other Paper Machines and Plant shall work as usual during this period. We shall keep Stock Exchanges informed as soon as the operations at the Paper Machine-3 resume after upgradation and modernization. This is for your information and record.
