In terms of the Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and
Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is hereby informed that the TRADING
WINDOW for dealing in the Company's shares shall remain closed from 1st July, 2026 for
the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after
the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended
30th June, 2026. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors shall be intimated
separately.
