Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has confirm the following: 1. Pre- and post-allotment status of the proposed allottee(s): there is no change in the category/status of any of the proposed allottees pursuant to the Preferential Issue., pls refer Annexure A 2. Applicability of Regulation 166A of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 and Articles of Association: As per Article 13 (1)(c) of the Articles of Association of the Company and Regulation 166A of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, the price has been determined as per the valuation report dated 03.06.2026 issued by Mr. Rajneesh Sharma, an Independent Registered Valuer (IBBI Regn. No. IBBI/RV/03/2021/14143). 3. With reference to the Explanatory Statement to the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting dated 3rd June 2026, we submit the following rectification: Correction on Page No. 19, 3rd paragraph after “Net proceeds”: Original Text: “Any surplus in the issue expenses will be added to the gross proceeds and would be adjusted against general corporate purpose.” Corrected Text: Deleted.
