Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform you that SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited (“the Company”) has made all payments outstanding towards unpaid PPIRP Costs, Financial Creditors and Operational Creditors within the respective timelines stipulated under the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble NCLT vide its Order dated July 10, 2026 (“Order”) under Sections 54K(12) and 54L read with Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”) and other applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre- Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) Regulations, 2021. The aforesaid payments have been undertaken in furtherance of the implementation of the Resolution Plan and in accordance with the guidance and directions of the Monitoring Committee, constituted pursuant to the Order of the Hon’ble NCLT.
