The Corporate Debtor was admitted to CIRP vide Order dated 16.11.2022 and Shri Pankaj Srivastava, RP, bearing IBBI Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP- P00245/2017-2018/10474, was appointed as the IRP and subsequently appointed as RP of the Corporate Debtor. 3. Considering the submissions of the RP and in the interest of expeditious commencement of the CIRP, this Bench finds it appropriate to appoint an alternate Insolvency Professional as the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor. 5.
