Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from conclusion of the ensuing 18th Annual General Meeting until conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company, for appointment by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 18th Annual General Meeting. Changes in Senior Management Personnel of the Company The Board, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. S Venkataraman as Chief People Officer and as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with immediate effect. Mr. R B Selvakumar, EVP & Head HR, ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with immediate effect, due to his transition to a business role.
