With reference to earlier corporate announcements, it was informed that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP™) was initiated in respect o f Opto Circuits (India) Limited (CIN: L85110KA1992PLCO13223) (“Corporate Debtor”) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. 2016, by an order of the Hon’ble National Company Law' Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench. effective 16th November 2022. Pursuant to the said order, Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, Insolvency Professional (IBBI Regn. No.: IBBVIPA-001/IP-P00245/2017-18/10474), was appointed as the Resolution Professional for the Corporate Debtor. However, at the 39th meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) held on 14 July 2026, the members of the CoC holding 78.62% voting share resolved to replace the existing Resolution Professional with M/s. By its order dated 31 August 2026 in L.A. (IBC) No. 788/2026 in C.P. (IB) No. 199/BB/2018, the Hon’ble NCLT, Bengaluru Bench, has approved the appointment of M/s.
