We would like to submit that the requirement for submission of the Escrow Payment Mechanism is not applicable to the listed entity, Sashwat Technocrats Limited, as the Company has not issued / does not have any instruments or arrangements for which the said mechanism is applicable under the relevant SEBI Regulations.
