The said dividend will be paid to the shareholders holding shares as on the record date i.e. Friday, July 17, 2026. Pursuant to the amendments introduced in the Income Tax Act, 2025 ('the Act'), the Company will be required to withhold taxes at the prescribed rates on the dividend paid to its shareholders. The withholding tax rate would vary depending on the residential status, category of the shareholder and the documents submitted by them and accepted by the Company. Accordingly, the recommended final dividend, will be paid after deducting the tax at source as follows: A. Resident Shareholders: Tax Deduction Exemption Applicability and Documentation Category of Shareholder Rate Requirements Any Resident Shareholder who 10%* Update valid PAN if not already done with furnishes valid Permanent Account depositories (in case of shares held in Demat Number (PAN) linked with Aadhar, mode) and with the Company's Registrar to an wherever applicable.
