Thanking you, Yours faithfully, For Godrej Consumer Products Limited Tejal Jariwala Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (FCS 9817) Quarterly Update: Q2FY27 This update provides an overall summary of the operating performance and demand trends during the quarter ended September 30, 2026. This is based on internal unaudited management reports. A detailed performance update will be shared following the Board of Directors' approval of the Q2 FY27 financial results. As reiterated during our investor call in September 2026, we remain focused on delivering consistent performance in line with our annual guidance. We expect to deliver another strong quarter in Q2 FY27 despite consumption being impacted by uneven monsoon conditions led by an intensifying El-Niño and inflationary pressures across several commodity-linked inputs albeit a supportive comparator this quarter. At the Consolidated level, we expect to deliver another quarter of strong performance, with high-teens revenue growth, high-single-digit underlying volume growth and double-digit EBITDA growth. Our Standalone business is expected to deliver revenue growth in the teens and high-single-digit underlying volume growth, despite an estimated impact of approximately 100–150 basis points from trade inventory correction. This performance is supported by healthy growth across both our Personal Care and Home Care portfolios, reflecting broad-based performance. Our Indonesia business continues to build on the recovery witnessed over recent quarters. We expect the business to deliver high-teens revenue growth, supported by high-single-digit volume growth. This performance is being driven by improved execution, sustained market share momentum, and healthy category trends. Our GAUM (Godrej Africa, USA, and Middle East) business is expected to deliver another outstanding quarter, with robust double-digit revenue and volume growth. Growth continues to be strong on the back of our strategy of market development of the core categories and portfolio transformation through scaling the FMCG categories. Input cost pressures intensified during the quarter. While certain commodities had shown signs of moderation towards the end of Q1 FY27, Q2 witnessed renewed inflation across several key raw-material baskets, including crude-linked derivatives, palm oils, and other commodity inputs. We are responding through a combination of calibrated pricing actions, cost-saving initiatives, supply-chain efficiencies, and disciplined cost management. We have successfully navigated significantly larger commodity cycles in the past and remain confident in our ability to manage the current inflationary environment without compromising our growth agenda. We will continue to prioritise volume-led growth while protecting the long-term health of our brands through appropriate investments in innovation, distribution, and category development. We remain firmly on track to deliver our guidance for the full year with the confidence to exceed the same in select areas through a broad-based performance across businesses. The strength of our portfolio, the resilience of consumer demand across our markets and the continued momentum across our growth platforms reinforce our confidence in delivering sustained and profitable growth over the medium term and creating long-term value for all our stakeholders.
