JHL/SJ/2026/68 dated September 16, 2026, this is to inform you that the Company has entered into a Binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (“Seller”) in relation to the acquisition of the operating Hotel Novotel Imagicaa, located at Khopoli, Maharashtra.
