In her last assignment she was working as a Sr. Vice President & Head HR at Avaada Manufacturing which is in the renewable energy business manufacturing solar cells and modules, glass and related ancillaries. She has experience in developing HR strategy, redesigning operating models, strengthening people-process governance and supporting organisations undergoing rapid growth and structural transformation. At Avaada Manufacturing, her stated responsibilities included building the HR strategy for a growing renewable-energy manufacturing platform and re-engineering processes for IPO readiness. She completed her degree in master’s in human resources from Indraprastha University, Delhi with a Gold Medal and is a Co-author of a UN Gender Compact award- winning whitepaper on Women at Workplace.
