Out of the aforesaid 59,22,080 7% NCRPS, 8,40,632 have already been redeemed in September 2025. Further, out of the remaining 50,81,448, 7% NCRPS, the term of 81,448, 7% NCRPS is expiring on 29 June 2026. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company, by resolutions passed by circulation today, i.e., 29 June 2026, approved the redemption of 81,448, 7% NCRPS of Rs.10/- each and declared an Interim Dividend on total 50,81,448, 7% NCRPS of Rs.10/- each at the rate of 1.72603% (approx.), i.e., Re. 0.172603/- (approx.) per 7% NCRPS for the period from 1 April 2026 to 29 June 2026. This intimation is being submitted voluntarily for information only, as the aforesaid preference shares are not listed on any stock exchange. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
