Kammavari Sangham, a society registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 (“Society”), for the operation, maintenance and overall management of the hospital to be built by the Society. We wish to inform you that the hospital has been built and set-up and the said hospital, KS-Narayana Hospital, located at Site No. 5/05(P), 100 Feet Road, Banashankari 3rd Stage, 2nd Phase, 7th Block, Girinagar, Bengaluru – 560 085, has commenced commercial operations with effect from October 5, 2026. The hospital has a capacity of 110 beds and is operated and managed by the Company under the said Agreement. The commencement of operations is in line with the timeline of FY 2026-27 indicated in our earlier intimation. Please take the same on record for dissemination purposes. Thanking you.
