In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of
Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the ‘Trading Window’
for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons of
the Company and their immediate relatives/dependents from Wednesday,
1 July 2026 till 2 days after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results of the
Company for the quarter ending 30 June 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for considering unaudited standalone financial results for the
quarter ending 30 June 2026 will be informed in due course.
