Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Intimation of receipt of first milestone payment of Shipbuilding Financial Assistance (SBFA) under the Shipbuilding Financial Assistance Scheme (SBFAS). Ref: Security Code: 522134 With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform that the Company has received an amount of Rs. 2,46,18,405/- (Rupees Two Crores Forty-Six Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred and Five only) as 30% of overall Shipbuilding Financial Assistance (SBFA) for keel laying milestone completion under the revised Shipbuilding Financial Assistance Scheme (SBFAS) from Director General of Shipping (DG Shipping), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW), Government of India (GOI). This payment is related to the Construction and Supply of the Floating Dry Dock (FDD) to M/s. Sadhav Offshore Engineering Private Limited. The newly revised SBFAS enabled stage-wise release of SBFA and therefore, the Company claimed and received the first milestone payment which was achieved over a year back. The receipt of the aforesaid SBFA will have a positive impact on the Company's cash flow. The Company is actively scaling its Shipbuilding Business Unit and strengthening its presence in the shipbuilding sector, including through opportunities relating to small boats, marine products and green boats. In line with the steps being undertaken by the Company to drive growth in the Shipbuilding space, the timely release of SBFA is an encouraging indication of Government support to the sector and reinforces the Company’s initiatives in this direction.
