Mr. Sendhil Pani, ‘Managing Director’ of Sudeep Pharma USA Inc., (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Sudeep Pharma Limited) who was earlier appointed/designated as SMP, will no longer be associated with the Company as SMP as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations. Mr. Sendhil Pani Ceased to be SMP w.e.f. 2nd October 2026.
