Shri Rajeev Kumar (DIN 11980695) has been appointed as Government Nominee Director w.e.f. 01.10.2026 and the information pertaining to him is as below: a) Brief Profile of Shri Rajeev Kumar: Shri Rajeev Kumar is an Indian Statistical Service officer of 2006 batch. He is working in the position of Deputy Director General in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. His responsibility in the Ministry inter-alia includes Project Monitoring in the Petroleum sector, implementation of PM GatiShakti for Petroleum sector infrastructure, CSR related works of CPSEs under the Ministry, dissemination of Statistics on Petroleum and Natural Gas. Prior to joining this Ministry, he worked in the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation, Office of Registrar General & Census Commissioner under Ministry of Home Affairs and Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence & Statistics under Ministry of Commerce in various capacity. Among the previous assignments, his most notable contributions are in the base revision of GDP and National Accounts Statistics from 2011-12 to 2022-23. He has been instrumental in the estimation of Private Final Consumption Expenditure, Financial sector, integration of Supply and Use Table framework resulting in improvement in the new series of GDP to capture the pulse of economy. Shri Rajeev Kumar as Director in Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation has also managed the implementation of Member of Parliament Local Area Development fund (MPLADS) scheme. In his prior assignments, he worked extensively in the collection and dissemination of official demographic data. He has been deeply involved in the Annual Health Survey (AHS) which is the pioneer exercise in bringing out estimates of vital statistics at district level. He has also worked on the cause of death statistics based on verbal autopsy. He has handled work related to dissemination of merchandise trade statistics of India. Shri Rajeev Kumar has varied experience of about two decades in the field of economic and social sector of the economy. He holds Master in Statistics from Delhi University. b) Disclosure of relationships between Directors: Shri Rajeev Kumar does not have any inter-se relation with other Director(s) of the Company. c) Further, it is to affirm that Shri Rajeev Kumar is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI/ Ministry of Corporate Affairs or any such statutory authority.
