Simplex Realty Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in anticipation of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the company officially declares these financial results. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the results will be intimated in due course.
