Submission of Disclosure under Reg 7(2)

MSP Steel & Power Ltd announced that five of its promoter group entities, including Shree Vinay Finvest Pvt. Ltd. and Ginny Traders Private Limited, collectively purchased 64.50 lakh (6.45 million) equity shares through open market transactions between June 16 and June 18, 2026. This significant buying activity by the promoters was disclosed under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
