Closure of Trading Window

D.P. Wires Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a standard compliance measure as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, preceding the company's upcoming financial results announcement. The date of the Board Meeting for considering these results will be intimated separately.
