Dear Sir(s), Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company has received a communication from M/s Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited informing that they have assigned an ESG rating of ‘Crisil ESG 64’and Core ESG rating of ‘Crisil Core ESG 70’ for the Fiscal Year 2026 to the Company. Please note that the communication from the aforesaid agency was received by the Company at 08:10 P.M. on October 01, 2026, i.e., beyond the working hours of the Company. Further, October 02, 2026 was a national holiday on account of Gandhi Jayanti, followed by the weekend. Accordingly, the Company became aware of the said communication on October 05, 2026 and promptly initiated the process of informing the Stock Exchanges upon becoming aware thereof.
