A Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow University, Mr. Varshney has been recognized with several prestigious industry awards, including the Business Super Achiever Award 2026 from World HRD Congress, Director's Special Awards at Reckitt Benckiser, and the Directors’ Special Award for the outstanding achievements for the year 2006 at Hindustan Unilever Limited, Haridwar. Before joining Orient Paper, Mr. Varshney has held the position of Executive Director (Operations) & Chief Risk Officer at Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Ltd. Throughout his career, he has successfully undertaken leadership roles that include Chief Operating Officer at Genus Paper & Boards Ltd., Senior Vice President- Plant Operations at Kuantum Papers Ltd., Head (Process) at Century Pulp & Paper, Production Manager at Reckitt Benckiser India Pvt.
