Intimation of Closure of Trading window

Richfield Financial Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The window will reopen 48 hours after the Board Meeting concludes for the approval of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the Board meeting will be communicated separately.
