Annexure A 1. Effective October 5, 2026, Mr. Ajay Jain has taken over the responsibility of Execution Unit Head (Grid Technologies - Transformers), in full-time employment. Brief profile of Mr. Ajay Jain is as under: Mr. Jain is a seasoned business and operations leader with over 30 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing, business operations and P&L leadership within the Power Transformers industry. Mr. Jain has been associated with CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited (‘CG’) for over 3 years, serving as Vice President – Transformer Business, where he led a multi-plant Transformers business with full P&L responsibility. Previously, Mr. Jain held various senior leadership roles at Hitachi Energy India and GE T&D India, with responsibilities spanning profitability, customer satisfaction, market share and operational excellence. Mr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Power Systems from Punjabi University, Patiala. 2. Consequent to the appointment of Mr. Ajay Jain, Mr. Ganesh Nadgouda has ceased to be interim Execution Unit Head (Grid Technologies - Transformers) and as part of Senior Management of the Company effective close of business hours of October 4, 2026. He continues in his role as General Manager - Plant Operations (Grid Technologies - Transformers) of the Company.
