Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform that in terms of the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for
Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with Securities of RailTel Corporation of India Limited
(“the Company”/ “RailTel”), the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of RailTel shall
remain closed with effect from Wednesday 1st July, 2026 till expiry of forty-eight (48) hours
after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June 2026.
2. Therefore, all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are hereby advised to
not to enter/deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of RailTel’s Equity Shares during
the above-said period.
