Closure of Trading Window
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 10.1.3 of
the Bank’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for
dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons of the
Bank and their immediate relatives / dependents from 1st July 2026 and will reopen 48
hours after declaration of financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending on 30th June
2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for considering financial results will be advised in due
course.
